At Daughters of Banaras, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As a policy, we do not offer refunds except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To process a refund claim for a damaged or defective product, customers are required to provide a 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from all sides without any cuts or edits. This video must capture the condition of the packaging and the product at the time of unboxing.
Important:
- Refund requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
