Shipping:
- For ready-to-ship articles, dispatch will take place within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping within India is free for all orders.

Returns and Refunds:
- We do not accept returns except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- To request a refund for a damaged or defective product, customers must provide a 360-degree unboxing video showing the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
- Refund requests without the required video proof will not be entertained.
- Refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
